Well named! I am a home improvement person and my hands and nails are absolutely awful. I love this for my face but was absolutrely shocked to see how it soaked into my hands and nails immediately. I have nails for the first time in years. Lather it on and get a pair of cotton gloves and you will be amazed. Forget acrylics. this is the real thing. You will be shocked how your body responds. It was if it was starved before and finally is fed. By the way, this is the first review of a product I have ever submitted in my lifetime and I am 52!
