I cannot live without this!! I use it once or two times a week when I am not peeling. I use it in the shower. I scrub real hard on all areas of my face and then let it sit for a few minutes as I shave my legs or do a deep conditioner on my hair. When I get out, my skin is glowing! This product is SOOOOOOO worth the money. I have paid more for products that did far less. I highly recommend this!
