Quick Directions: Apply 1 quarter size into a folded warm  wet wash cloth and work section by section. Your face is 5 sectons with Jawline and nasal fold LEFT, then the  RIGHT side. Next is your cheek and nose LEFT, then your RIGHT and the last section is forehead.  Do not do neck or decollatage at the same time you are doing face. Only treat ONE area at a time (face or neck or decollatage so you have 3 areas)  Don't let the solution ever 'sit' without it moving on that wet wash cloth. If you stop rubbing then wipe it off with a wet wash cloth, not soap just water!  Rubbing while treating will make you pink and that's ok that's what we want to show circulation and absorbtion.  When you are done each section WIPE IT OFF and proceed to the next section. You're either treating your sections by rubbing it or you are wiping it off. Every section of skin that you treat immediatly wipe the solution off and then when you are done fully wipe your entire face off with a hot wet towel and proceed to the finishing lotion. It is VITAL to the treatment to not let the solution sit on the skin. If you do  it will begin to abrade the skin like a skin peel and will cause drying and peeling thus changing the entire course of the treatment. Please keep rubbing the solution in section by section and when you are done wipe it immediately off and proceed to the next area!!

3. Application is between 1/2-2 inche areas.  Then massage the product firmly until it is absorbed and a palpable or visible elasticity is observed.
