I'll send you a sample to ry out first!  Due to FDA guidelines skincare products that are opened cannot be resold! We are adamant in assuring our local regulators that we would never attempt to resell opened, used or tested merchandise in accordance with federal tampering guidelines. You can rest assured that each product you receive is fresh and bottled and sealed to order. We do not have any method to inspect bottles for seal tampering. If you want to return or exchange an item please do NOT take the wrapping off of the bottle! If you want to try out an item just email me in your 'instructions box'. I will try my best to send you a sample of the item with your order so you can try it out first!!

Once you place your order it will be expedited to processing and filled within 48 hours of payment (except weekends). Once your order is placed the only way to alter it is to place an identical order with the adjustments that you need. Your first order will be refunded and your second order will be filled (only if they are received within 24 hours apart). If I have any questions I will email or call you for clarification. Once you pay for your items you will leave this website and enter a second secured server owned and managed by paypal which is our merchant account provider. In order for us to use the click and ship automated  usps service we are unable to alter or change your shipping address. When you pay for your order we are given the address that is owned by the cardholder as the only address that we are allowed to ship to. If your account is not up to date or if it does not have the correct name or sufficient address information, this could lead to your parcel being misdelivered. We are not responsible for any errors in shipping that are out of our control.

 It is up to you to make sure your paypal account and credit card information is up to date. We cannot alter the information for shipping that is provided to us by your credit card company. If we edit any information we automatically rescind our right to insurance and liability of this parcel.

If your order is returned to our office due to insufficient or wrong address you will be required to repay to ship your order. Before we can reship the parcel you must make sure that your shipping address matches the name and address on the account. These are precautionary measures that are taken to insure you that your account is not going to be used to pay for merchandise that is shipped to a location other than the account holder. If we allow this activity we will be liable for credit card chargebacks which means we lose our product and we have to reimburse the card holder.  

 All orders will be shipped to the confirmed paypal account only. No exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to withdraw and return any pending orders due to conflicting information. It is unlawful for you to open an account and/or to use someone elses account to pay for your purchase. You will have an option during check out to use your paypal account or to use a credit card. Please make sure that your paypal account is updated and confirmed with your current address and bank information. This is for your protection as well as mine!

If your order is shipped to an address that is on your account and returned to this office unclaimed you will be responsible to pay for reshipping at the same rate as indicated during checkout. No refunds will be given to any returned goods that are undeliverable for reasons out of our control. If the error in shipping is made by PCI than we will reship your goods speedily at our expense with bonus and apology!

We ship with USPS online click and ship service with delivery confirmation. There is no way to track your order with this shipping feature. Delivery confirmation is proof of delivery and required for seller insurance. Your delivery confirmation numbers will only be used if your order is not received. At that time we will be able to see why they could not deliver your order. International orders are not tracked with this feature either. The numbers and links you will find are only used in the event that the parcel does not arrive. Once your parcel arrives to your local sorting facility it is scanned and I am alerted that your package is out for delivery. Upon receipt at your confirmed shipping address your usps carrier will scan it again and it will record the date and time that the package was left. A parcel cannot be deemed missing outside the USA for 30 days at which time USPS fills out a formal request for  information. Orders inside the USA should arrive no later than 10 days from date of purchase. On day 11 of non receipt your order will be filed as missing or captured and we can discuss via email what steps we take to resolve the matter. This method of shipping is very reliable so you can expect a very good experience! Again please do not purchase an item you are not sure about. Let us send a sample out with your purchase. If you do realize you bought the wrong item we will happily refund or exchange your product BUT DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM. Leave the safey seal untouched and untampered. The only way for the item to not lose its value is if it is not opened. Please make sure that you contact me in writing so that I can send you the return information and instructions on shipping it back! I am happy to offer you another product or a refund but we are strict about receiving the goods back untampered. 

 All active and inactive ingredients to our compounds are listed below with a reference to their definition. Some of our smaller bottles cannot accomodate the lengthy description(s) but a reference sheet will be inside each order. All peels are labeled with active ingredient. Percentages and/or recipes of compounds are protected under trademark rights. Most who seek to know crucial details of each percentage are looking to duplicate or bootleg our products. Proof of this has been revealed by home bottler sites. We work hard to seperate ourselves from these opportunists. All orders are shipped via electronic shipping to the shipping address that is listed on your paypal account. Your address on the website is for money orders, checks, contact and verification purposes. I cannot alter your paypal shipping address or it will cancel my seller protection plan under Paypal Premier Business membership guidelines.  You will receive a notification from USPS to expect your package for delivery. Please retain your copy of this email notification.

 

 

International Shipping only $15.00 no matter how much you buy (wholesale orders do not apply)
We are happy to ship your parcel anywhere in the world for $15.00  via United States Postal Service. . Once your order is processed to ship (about 72 maximum hours before it leaves our office.) Due to SSL (security) the shipping module will not notifiy you. I retain all tracking infomration and usually I track orders daily. If you think your order is tardy email me asap and I will send you proof of shipment.. Expect anywhere from 1-2 weeks from purchase date up to 3 weeks during holidays or any national security issue where alerts in effect.  The order is shipping via usps online  through USPS where insurance is not an option.
